Totally worth the drive from Blaine to Eagan! Before beginning my treatments, I would shave and have re-growth within hours. I hated wearing shorts or swimsuits. Now, after 6 treatments, I can go days without shaving and the hair that does grow is sparse and fine. I cannot wait to purchase more treatments! Futhermore, I loved my "girl-time" with Angela. Each treatment was like a therapy session, getting to talk with Angela. She is hilarious and very uplifting! My visits here were everything you'd hope a spa visit could be!

Angela and the rest of the staff with Begin with your Skin Medspa have been great! I purchase one laser package, and quickly purchased two more. Angela has been great with consulting me on some of my skin concerns, and they have a new amazing spray tan booth. I rarely have to wait longer than a few moments for my appointments. It feels like you are visiting a friend rather than a stuffy clinical setting. The office also has a philanthropical side, and donated to a local school auction when approached. I will always support local businesses who support their community.

I have been going to Begin with your Skin Medspa for at least 2 years now and primarily have the microdermabrasion and glycolic peels - I love the way these services make my sin look and feel. I also love the Skinceutical products that the Medspa sells (which I have used prior to going to Begin with your Skin). Angela has been very helpful in explaining the various services and matching them to my areas of concern and the results I am wanting to achieve. Waiting area is small and comfortable, but I've rarely had to wait - they do a great job of running on time. Angela and the staff always greet me warmly when I walk in and the treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. I've been thinking of branching out and trying a little bit of Botox (curious) and also the Genesis Laser (I loved the sun a little bit too much in the past). Oh, and in response to the previous "negative" reviews, a dermabrasion has always been a pleasant experience for a full 30 minutes. Angela is never rude. Se might be busy, but she has never been rude. I don't think I've ever seen her have a bad day!

I have been using Angela at Begin with your Skin Medspa for nearly 6 years now, going in about 4 times a year for laser hair removal for my back, shoulders and upper arms. My back in fully covered....so its a job, and can be painful, but she takes the steps to make it as comfortable as possible, icing my back in stages, before going over it with the laser. Always pleasant experience, and great results. Also tried a laser face tightening procedure about two years ago, for which I was pleased with the results. Looking forward for my next upcoming appointment using her new laser technology. I have always found Angela to be pleasant and willing to answer any questions I have had about any potential treatment. Based on my experiences for laser treatments, I would recommend Begin with your skin Medspa.

I have been a client at Begin With Your Skin Medspa for the last 5 years and been very pleased with my laser hair removal treatments. I’ve had treatments done in several areas (upper lip, face, underarms, ab strip, and legs) with great results. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Angela is always very sweet, kind, and professional. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone!

I have been a client of Angela's several times for a variety of skin treatments. Angela is always very welcoming, kind, professional, and interested in me as a person, as well as a client. She has customized my services and has also corrected anything that needed to be corrected.The facility is clean and beautiful with a wonderful staff. I would recommend this as my "top pick" in facilities ....and I have been to many over the last 10 years. I drive 40 min. out of my way to go to Angela.

Run Away! I should have trusted my instinct. I went here for botox injections and I had a bad feeling because Angela was somewhat rude, stand offish and impatient. I figured she was having a bad day. I asked if she was licensed and she said she was and had been doing injections for 12 years. She also accused me on not trusting her. My instinct said walk at that remark. I am embarrassed I did not. Again, she said she was licensed. The next day I called and I found out that the clinic is actually the entitiy that is licensed under a Dr. Scott Jenkins. He was not on site. Angela was the only person present and was the receptionist and the injectionist. The disturbing part is I had to press Angela for her to tell me that she meant the clinic was licensed and not her. Before you consider doing anything like this I urge you to google Dr. Oz about botox, watch the video and ask the 3 questions he brings up. This place does not pass! Injections are serious and I wish I had trusted my instinct when I met Angela. She was rude and condescending. I now know it was because I asked questions that she did not want ot answer honestly. She could have told me the truth. Make sure the person injecting you is a doctor, or nurse and don't let them tell you they are licensed under the guise the clininc is. I have a tremendous headache that I got very shortly after the injection that is 100 times worse today. That is why I did the research. I called Angela and she said it was not from the injection and she flippantly asked if I had taken Advil. Duh, of course, I am in pain! I never get headaches! Angela was not concerned at all. I just hope this wears off with no long term side effects. I learned an expensive lesson. I hope you don't.

I have been to begin with your skin many times - and always had the same experience. The best products, the best treatment! Professional! And .... Used deals . They treat me like a friend - tell me the truth and make me want to come back! Angela is great. I highly recommend

My overall experience with Begin With Your Skin Med Spa has been very disappointing for several reasons: I feel like everytime I come in there's a new staff person doing my laser treatments, I like to see the same person every time especially if I started with them. 90% of the time my appointments for laser treatments have been cancelled and resheduled because the lasers are never in opperable condition. Angela "the owner" on an esthetic level dresses in a manner that should not be worn in a med spa setting. Would you as a woman want to get an injectable treatment with a pair of low cut breasts smacking your face? Of course not! When Angela speaks to you it's very demeaning and snappy, ultimately she will be the demise of her business..

I have gone here a few times for Botox treatments in the past and have had a decent experience but today was completely different and I will never go back after the way I was treated by Angela. I made an appt for a touch-up, as I was told I should if it appears i need more added after 2 weeks. She was extremely rude to me and acting like I just wanted free botox and said she would not "give" me any more. I told her I didn't expect it for free but that I want it to look right. She said how I was there 2 weeks ago for a retouch, which I was, but it still wasn't fixed. She angrily said how it looks better and she would not do more. So, now I am stuck with goofy looking lines/wrinkles above both eyebrows and nowhere else on my forehead. After reading the other reviews below, I'm now starting to wonder if she treated me that way because I was originally a Groupon client (although I have paid for two treatments since then). If you don't want people to use Groupons, then don't sell them!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never recommend them to anyone. I have NEVER been treated like that by someone - it was so awkard and uncomfortable.
