Good Experience. I purchased a Groupon so that is how I heard about this them. I had the microdermabrasion treatment done. It was very relaxing and made my face feel wonderful after! I had a good experience and they offered for me to purchase more at the same groupon deal. I purchased more and plan to go back. Thanks for having a good deal! Staff was nice and friendly!

I love this place!!!. I have been a client of Begin With Your Skin since Angela started it 4 1/2 years ago. I have nothing but superlative things to say about her, her work and the excellent results I've experienced. The improvement in the tightness and complexion of my facial skin is remarkable. I followed Angela's suggests for treatment and I couldn't be more pleased. I am being very honest when I say that people mistaken me for being 10 years younger than I really am and I attribute that to the condition of my face; plain and simple. I'm thrilled!!!!

Great experience. After years of fishing without sun protection, I felt it was time to take action. My wife had spoken so highly of Angela and her staff that my decision where to go was easy.

I now see why she feels that way. The staff was friendly and took their time educating me in the procedure that I would be undertaking. After two treatments, I have one to go, the results are better than I ever could have expected. I guess there still are companies that under promise and over deliver.

I will add that had I seen a couple of these reviews, I would have been concerned. My wife says she and her friends believe it may be a competitor being unethical. After my experience, all I can deduce is they weren't customers.

Extremely Poor Service. I was excited for my facial appointment even though I had read some bad reviews.

The lobby of the spa was nice and inviting. The treatment room looked a bit dirty.

My "facial" only took 11 minutes. I was in and out that fast! I would never go back and advise others to go anywhere but here.

I WOULD BE EMBARRASED TO RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!!!. I bought a Groupon for one Botox treatment. I had difficulty contacting them to set up an appointment because of their strange work hours. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately uncomfortable. I found Angela to be in a hurry, very un-friendly, condescending and not happy that I was using a Groupon ,..she was losing money on them. , The Groupon is intended to generate customers, and hopefully secure repeat customers, but the atmosphere I experienced had the opposite effect. I was not happy with the Botox treatment, and had a bruise on the injection site for several days. Dont waste your hard earned money!!

Don't waste your $. I bought a living social deal for laser hair removal. When I called, the people were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I purchased 1 deal for 3 laser hair removal sessions. They told me that it takes most people about 3-6 sessions to seek the results they want. After my third treatment, I was offered to buy 3 more sessions at the same price I paid, so I bought 3 more.

Angela the technician, is a sweetheart and she was very gentle and kind. HOWEVER, I was told during my treatments that not to worry by my 6th treatment, I should be almost completely bare (bikini area). Every time, I got a treatment, it would seem as though there was less hair, but by the 6th week, when I returned for my next visit, it also appeared as though much of it had grown back. I was continuously reassured that results would happen. I did 6 treatments, and it's now a few months later, and I would say the laser hair removal did next to nothing. I am sooooo disappointed that I spent the amount of money that I did ($300) on something that didn't even come close to working. I have to say that I think the whole laser hair thing there is a complete joke and I would NOT recommend it to a friend.

It's a joke!!! Seriously!!. I got a Groupon for Microdermbrasion for $59 (value $125), scheduled an apponiment and went there. When inquired the lady said it would take 40-45 mins for the treatment. After going there she was done in 8 mins??? Seriously???? 8 mins??? A rip off!!! Have got it done at other places and this lady is a joke! Will never get it done even if offered a free service!!

Would give a 0 star if I could. If anywhere they have got a better star it is because the employees are creating it.

Do not go there ever!!. If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I agree with anyone that has had a bad experience. Went there and was expecting to get $270.00 worth of Botox since I had the Groupon that I paid a $130.00 for that said it was a $270.00 value. The owner was condesending as previously stated and thought I was pretty stupid and treated me so. Not a way to treat customers. Bottom line, you will get exactly what you pay for. I possibly received a 130.00 worth of Botox it still hasn't taken effect, a week later. I told her how much my regular Dr. does it for and she told me that was impossible to do the areas that I asked for.the $270.00 value ...which by the way I had to point out to her as she said he only charges you 130.00? I said your Groupon says $270.00 value. Kind of tripped her up on that one. Well it is not impossible and he charges by the area and does a great job He is a Dr. afterall. Don't be fooled by this place. Buyer beware. Go to Rejuv!!!! You won't be disappointed!

I had a good experience. I also bought a coupon for botox and had a good experience. I have had this done for 2 years and by far this was the best ever. I noticed they have another coupon now and told my friend to get one. I will be recommending this spa to everyone. <3

Do your homework. Bought a groupon for botox and was sorely disappointed. Found Angela to be very condescending. Talked me into more money and did the injenctions so quickly I about fell over. I have had botox several times before and always dealt with a physician - took their time and care - she seemed to be very careless - in a hurry - and treated me poorly because of using a groupon. After two weeks went back - eyebrows were totally different - one way too high - eyelids droopy - and no change in forehead. Again was condescending. She said it would take a month (untrue botox takes 3-5 days) lowered eyelid and said droppy eyelids happen. It's been over a week since and no change. Researched online and droopy eyelids are due to the injectionist putting in wrong spots. Lesson learned - go back to my doctor and stop using groupon discounts - would not recommend in any way!
