SUPER service.
Unlike the last review I could NOT be more pleased with my experience at the ATT store in Woodbury. I went on a weekend, it was busy but the service was fabulous!
I was waited on by Lamar and he was knowledgable, smart, fun, witty and informative. He was not only helpful but they were sold out of the phone I wanted so he made the effort to get me one from another store. He promised it in two days but called me the next morning to tell me he had it for me already.
I didnt purchase the best or most expensive phone but one that suited my needs. I did NOT feel that this made a difference to the type of service I received.
In addition, there were many sales staff on the floor and asisting others. I did not see any one - employee or customer - who seemed to be miffed or unhappy with what was happening in the store on either visit I made.
I also called to ask a couple of questions later on and spoke with who ever answered the phone. I was treated nicely and efficiently.
I would totally recommend this place!

At&t products are good, customer servie sucks big time!.
I've been a customer for At&t for @ least 5 years. I bought 3 i-phones from them in this Woodbury branch. The first two times was during week-end so it was busy and I forgave them for the bad customer service. The 3rd one was lunch time weekday and the African american sales lady that never smiles, gave a so-so customer service.
Last Friday, I decided to upgrade to an i-phone4. Decided to go there after 5pm. No customer was there. Imagine to my horror that I spent nearly 30 mins before anybody asked me what I wanted. All of them were jsut talking to each other!
After telling them of what I wanted, they told me they dont have it in stock and they will ship it to me in 1 week period. No sorry no smile no explanation. I said thanks and goodbye for bad customer service! Went to an apple store( almost closing time on Friday) and was treated like a king.
