FINALLY somewhere I enjoy. GET THE STOLI DOLI! It is a pineapple-type martini. I normally am not interested in fruity drinks but the claim of "no bite-just a smooth pineapple taste" drew me in. Boy were they right! It was smooth and refreshing, but not tart, like some pineapple drinks can be.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop by here late last Saturday night to grab a drink before heading home. The atmosphere is great and would suit anyone from mid twenties who enjoy a classy atmosphere thats fun, but not dumb frat boy fun; to someone in their mid fifties looking for a good band that doesn't play so loud you can't think. We heard the SOB's (singers on barstools) and they played great music that was easily enjoyed by everyone there. And they took requests! Crazy, huh?

I am so glad that there is a place to go near eden prairie where its free to get in, not so packed you can't breathe, and isn't the aweful redstone scene of middle-aged nasty men oogling over the newly divorced women wearing half as much clothing as they should be for their age.

I am going back this weekend for the dueling pianos (every friday night) with some friends and family. Maybe we'll try the nachos everyone seems to love! The quotes everywhere make a good conversation piece and the comfortable booths and low, chushey gold chairs gives a feeling of wanting to stay all night. I strongly recommend this place for a fun date night or a good time out with friends.

Stay Away From The New Sunday Brunch!. The Sunday Brunch concept needs to be explained to the whole staff. And, they ask you if you would like a carmel roll that comes included in the buffet price, but it is "one roll per two people" . Huh? What happens if there are 3 people at our table? What if I don't want to share germs with the others at my table? Food on the buffet is always cold and unstocked. There is a Granite City down the street that offers better at the same price. Management needs to take a more serious look at that and address these issues. On the upside, this place has the greatest Nachos!!!!

Not a good experience. Tonight was our first visit to Oak City .... we will not be returning. One of the two entrees ordered were not available ( they had just run out). The martini we ordered arrived well after the food, our server was nowhere to be found after our entree arrived and we were lacking condiments. After paying the tab, I realized our server had shorted us $10.00, I tried in vain to wait for our server to return, but eventually brought it to the attention of the manager. He in turn, sent the server back to our table where she explained that "the bartender had her count the money out".....?????? Food was okay, but the service was horrific.

Go for the nachos, stay for the dueling pianos. Great nachos! The chicken ones are my favorite and they come smoothered in cheese. The atomsphere is good for an intimate dinner date or for a happy hour. The dueling pianos are entertaining, even my in-laws enjoyed them.

Every time we have gone to Oak City we have had great service. And the happy hour is one of the better ones in Bloomington.

Best business lunch. Awesome live music with no cover charge. Great salads!! Fun patio!!. This is a great spot for an upscale business lunch. The atmosphere is wonderful. Great location. The salads make for a perfect light lunch.

They also have a great stage - live music on Fridays and Saturdays. We went to the duelling pianos -- very entertaining. GB Leighton is coming soon - with no cover -- I am very excited!

The patio looks like fun on a warm summer weekend. It was full when we got there - we hope to try it next time!!
