this is a company that knows how to treat customers with respect.

they have always answered the phone in their customer service even in the middle of the night.

once i felt overcharged and they reimbursed me without any hassle at all.

i will always use 24/7 minneapolis locksmith just because of those two facts i stated, not to mention their fast, professional and reliable

two of my friends have used this company prior to my experience(one friend for a house lockout and the other for a jammed ignition) so when i needed a locksmith these are the guys i call and i must say that their service is consistent and professional with great customer service

knowledgable people

well i needed a car locksmith to fix my jammed ignition(key broke inside), a friend had their number but wasnt really sure if he remembered who they are.

anyhow i got a technician over in about 30 minutes who really knew his way around my car model(wich is a bit scary come to think of it)got my broken key out in a matter of minutes and made me another car key

happy with the service so i figured i'd voice my opinion since these days there are to many scammers out there

good customer service

neede their services once when i locked myself out of the house ,job was done properly in a timely manner and a good price ,but thats not what the review is about ,maybe a month and a half later i had some problems with the lock(my kid picked at it a few time till he broke something and it just didnt quite work like it should have)i called them up and a guy showed up in about 15 minutes (he wasnt to far from my neighborhood) worked his magic and it was like new, and didnt charge me a cent

Fast Greet Service

Due to some problems I had with a former tenant of mine ? I had to change the door locks in my apartment. I called a few locksmith companies, most of them said it?ll take at least a hours before they?ll be able to send someone. As this was urgent to me, I continued searching for someone that would send a locksmith within 30 minutes. Finally I came across 24/7 Minneapolis Locksmith. I called; they said they could send some one right a way. Lo and Behold, within 20 minutes a polite and nice guy (sorry forgot the name...) came, solved the issue, gave me a truly fair rate ? and that was it. Thank you for a job well done!
