HOOORRRRIBLE. Went to sears for one reason, they were open when i got off work late..

Needed an alignment for my hoda civic. Halfway through the alignment, they informed me i needed new swingarms in the rear before they could complete the service. Fine with me, but...

So i purchased the alignment with the ''promise" of a phone call the next day at 12:00pm on my lunch break.

No word from him for 3 days..

I called the shop, on day 4, and they informed me "dan" wasnt working today, so basically my car was on hold..revolving around another persons schedule. And that they were having troubles finding the part..! (remember: honda civic, they are NOT a very rare vehicle!!)

Worked/ waited a couple more days and called on day 5.

Still no word on the swingarms..

Finally, i went in on day 6. Demanded a refund for my halfway completed alignment. I got my refund after an explanation of my experience. I will NOT be going back there ever again..Horrible service, horrible communication.

I believe the problem is: they dont want the work.

they get their hourly paycheck either way. Going to use my hometown mechanic on saturdays from now on (who actually wants the work and communicates with his clients)

HORRIBLE SCAM!!. I recently went into the Sears Auto Center to have a battery charged, and said I would be back the next day. So, I show up the next day, it wasn't on the table, they went looking for it and said it was missing and actually said "Well what we can do is give you a great discount from the top of the line batteries for $69.99". Mind you, this was not supposed to cost me anything and my battery was only two years old and ONLY had to be charged! The fact that they had the guts to SELL me something instead of apologizing and getting me something for FREE. I was outraged, obviously i demanded for them to find mine or get me a new one for free. So ALL three workers went in the back for at least 25 minutes while at least two other customers had yet to be helped. They came back with my battery but still did not apologize. I strongly believe that with the way they handled themselves and did not seem to care it was lost, i believe it is a scam to get a sale from us. Terrible Terrible service.

Great Service!!. After finding my car unable to start after running errands in the Eden Prairie Center, their staff was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and fixing it at a very reasonable rate. I couldn't have been much more pleased with my service, which can be tough to find in the auto repair industry. I will definitely be returning!
