Work with a Master!
by tomlightsman at Citysearch
I have been doing gyro for over 1 year, but not here. I had been working with another trainer across town and then noticed an ad for this place. I was intrigued as I did not know MN had a gyrotonic only studio. I met with Eric and my opinion of gyro changed immediately. Eris talked about strength and use of my body in ways that I had never heard before. Honestly I do not know what I was doing for the past year. It felt great but in a few session with Eric I feel and see difference in my body that the past year has not given me. I just wish I had come here sooner.
- Pros: Best Gyrotonic in town
- Cons: MPLS location is a bit far for me ;-(
What an ab workout!

What can I say, I love this place! I have tried it all: Yoga, pilates, kettlebell. I like it all but this workout combines elements of everything I like. I leave a session and feel relaxed, refreshed and like I had a great workout. It's slow at first, but stick with it as the first few times you do it are just baby steps.
- Pros: Great workout, Stretch and core work at the same time
- Cons: Need Equipment so its hard to do at home
Amazing workout

Arching and curling. These are words you will know if you do gyro. It moves the spine and the body is a balanced manor, thereby moving the body. In the beginning the workouts are a bit slow, like learning a new language. But after a few you really start moving and feeling parts of your body get stronger you did not know existed. I am hooked!
- Pros: The best my body has felt in years
