LOVE IT!. I love coming to Ring Mountain and just getting away!! The people who work here are so inviting, and I just feel like I'm at my own personal hangout.Also, the food is fresh and delicious and it is rare to find a place in Eagan that has Gelato:-)

I think they need to build one of these in the Cities, St. paul would love this!

Best Ice Cream in Suburbs. Ring Mountain is exactly the kind of restaurant every suburb needs in a time where personality and quality product are often neglected in favor of fast food. The gelato and ice cream offered at Ring Mountain is the highest quality, with a large flavor selection and staff willing to work with you to create a unique treat that is sure to please. But in addition to the phenomenal cold treats, the atmosphere is bright, colorful, and offers a place for a community to come together. It's right by the movie theater, with pleasant indoor and outdoor seating, and has enough games and books inside to keep little ones occupied. I cannot recommend any place in Eagan higher than I can Ring Mountain, it is a city gem that all should experience.

Mmmmmm!. Ring Mountain Cremery Cafe is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. They have live music weekly and lots of seating. They have a cozy little corner with squishy chairs and boardgames for people who want to be up close and personal with the musicians, and they have booths tucked back on the other side of the room for those who would rather converse and see the music from a distance. They also have some seating outdoors.

Ring Mountain has TONS of ice cream and gelato flavors, all of which you can taste if you want to! The service is phenomenal, as well. They have a top notch team of workers who are friendly, cheerful, excited, and helpful. Even though it's quite busy at times, the line runs smoothly and the workers are extremely patient if you need to ask questions and taste flavors before making your decision. Besides doing their work well, they're nice and fun and easy to talk with! As a server myself, be friendly to them because they're a GREAT bunch of people!

The food and coffee are tasty, too. I had a hard time deciding what to choose because it all looked so fresh and delicious. I got the Southwest Chicken Wrap, though, and was very satisfied with my decision :). It was spicy and cool at the same time and it was SO filling! Sure, coffee and southwest food isn't a normal mix, but I had some of their coffee and that was just as good as the rest of it. They serve tea and other drinks, as well.

Ice cream flavors I recommend: Strawberry Cheesecake, Death by Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (not your average, standard flavor), or anything with berries! Mmmmmmm...

Great Cappuccino!. Not always the best on a time crunch but they have wonderful panini sandwiches and soup to go with their 48 hand made ice cream and gelato flavors!

Their espresso drinks are meticulously handcrafted- Closest cappuccino to the real thing in Italy!!
