scam--funny one really. Juv does "drawings" at expo's and other such places where women gather frequently and the give away "winning" $400 certificates....except for the fact that EVERYONE who enters their name gets a call saying that they "won" a $400 certificate and that wow! Juv is running a special if you can come in quickly and get a consultation. BTW- nothing there actually costs anywhere near $400, not even an armpit being lasered.

How do I know this to be true? 1) 4 friends and I entered this so called drawing and all of us magically won the $400. 2) Juv refuses to give a paper certificate. 3) One of my friends actually went for a consultation and was treated rudely when she decided the prices were insanely high in comparison to other laser centers.

Juv Staff Response!. It upsets me to hear that someone is upset with us as a company. Our whole goal is to make our clients happy. If we were understaffed when you came in, I apoligize. I can assure you we are all licenced, trained and certified! Even if the state of MN doesnt require us to be, at Juv Laser we require our staff to be fully licensed. Doctor Ross is a Plastic Surgen and Dermatoligist and has been in practice since 1986. I am extremlly sorry you had such a bad experiance. The old Doctor is no longer with us and thats why its taking so long for your refund.

Still waiting for a refund!. I was offered a coupon for $400.00. I wanted to use it toward laser hair removal. Stupidly, I agreed to proceed with the treatment, paying more than double my coupon amount! When I arrived for my first treatment, there was only one person there to watch the front desk, answer phones, and work on me with a laser machine! I refused treatment based on her lackadaisical attitude and her inability to give me her full attention and THEN I noticed NO CREDENTIALS on the wall. When I asked the person who was going to service me if she had proof of her and other JUV staff's accreditations, she said, we don't need to be certified in MN, therefore JUV doesn't have certifiable training... OMG, I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK BEFORE PAYING UP!

I did find a laser center who has credentials for all to see- American Laser Centers and I'm quite happy with their service.

JUV's agreement was to refund me 90% of what I paid if I did not receive treatment. After writing the letter of cancelation and talking to Rebecca twice...Still waiting!

Great Place for quality Laser treatments. The Doctor was very calm & educated me on the treatments. The results were great & my skin has less wrinkles, scarring, & more of a glow to it.The over all coloring & appearance has improved significantly.

I have been to another laser center & this one has better, more powerful, equipment & much, much better results.

It was well worth the cost & I would highly recommend it.

Look Elsewhere!. After winning a drawing for $400 off of any treatment at Juv, I was thrilled having wanted to get laser hair removal for years; however, when I went in a my complimentary consultation, they were very rude, not to mention they where all wearing 5 in stilettos with white lab coats. Weird. The staff seemed really fake, personalities, and body parts. After explaining to Rebecca, the staff member that was working with me, that they were out of my price range, she insulted me by saying it does cost that much. When I said that I just couldn't pay that much, she looked at me like I was insane and then said "fine" and stormed out of the room. It was very awkward. I gave them 1 star only because they have decent financing plans. I don't recommend using them; unless you enjoy snobby people and have loads of money to spend.

YES for Profractional treatments-Juv Laser Center. I will be receiving my third profractional treatment next week, so I understand that the full results of the treatment are not yet apparent. However, I have noticed a positive difference in my skin texture and pore size. My skin feels and looks smoother and softer. I also use to have some discoloration around my nose and cheeks, and this discoloration has partially subsided after a couple of treatments. I am now enjoying a lighter even color where the marks use to be. All the money I have spent on other skin products over the years does not seem well spent after investing in these treatments.

Besides satisfactory results after only a couple of treatments, I have also appreciated the atmosphere at Juv Laser Center. The staff is competent and professional, and combined with the results so far I feel that these profractional treatments are well worth it (that is if you want healthier younger looking skin).

Very professional and friendly laser center. When I walked into Juv, I immediately felt the warmth of the staff's welcome. They was very friendly, informative and professional. Dr. Rawson and his staff were truly consultative in their approach and helped me to find solutions that were best for me, considering all of my needs. I felt completely at ease at Juv and felt that I was being treated very professionally in receiving my service, as well. Dr. Rawson is both very skilled and very sensitive in his approach. I would highly recommend Juv to anyone who is looking for a quality clinic for themselves.
