I signed up for classes about 3 months ago and I LOVE TIME OUT FOR FITNESS. It?s amazing, even when my legs are burning I am having fun.
From the first visit you know that you are about to become part of something special. You are encouraged to meet other members before each class starts. Before your first class, you get an individual tutorial on key moves and during class, instructors walk around and give tips to ensure you get the most of your workout. At other clubs if when I was just starting and not in such great shape I felt out of place, but you will not here I would say this studio?s specialty is helping beginners start down the road to fitness. The Most importantly, you will get a fantastic workout that leaves you totally energized and Time Out For Fitness offers a variety of workouts for everyone.
After a month at Time Out For Fitness I lost 6 pounds and my body has totally changed. I have more energy than I have ever had. Working out at Time Out For Fitness is the highlight of my day!!
