VERY RUDE!

I too found this Mike guy to be crazy! Same story, very rude, hung up, he called back many times with very funny excuses on why he yelled at my wife. PLEASE shop around.

Very Rude, Unprofessional, and What a Psycho!

I saw their ad and called for more information. This guy (Mike) answered and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. After speaking to him, I realized I did NOT want to have any thing to do with him or the company. I hung up only to find out that he called my number (3 times to be exact) to argue and harass me. I then went online to file a complaint and, not surprisingly found that he had done this to many other people, as well. What a psycho!!!

For the birds!!! Rethink your decision before hiring these guys, call around - you'll be better off in the long run.

If you've got ALLLLL day to wait around then these may be the people you'll want to hire to clean your carpets. I had a 9a - 11a appointment and they called me saying they were on their way to my place at 12:30p and would be there by 1p!!!
As far as their quality of service goes .... I don't know - I have a life and couldn't afford to wait for the cheapest carpet cleaning outfit in town to show up. Do like I ended up doing, pay the extra money for peace of mind and go with a reputable company like Coit. You get what you pay and this yahoo outfit drives that point home.
- Pros: They answered the phones 50% of the time
