We used B&R tax for about 5 years. This year we were audited by the IRS and now owe back taxes. Bob had "missed a page" on our income tax filing. Not only did we not receive a refund from Bob for his services or the money it cost us to fix HIS ERROR, we didn't get an apology because he refused to take our calls. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Definitely use another tax service.

Knowledgeable, friendly and convenient. They go out of their way to make sure your issues are addressed without making you feel small and they don't charge a fortune. Everyone is very friendly and you know you aren't just a number to them.
