their customer service has something to be desired

We ordered a pizza from Red's Savoy Pizza in Newport, told us it would be delivered within 45 minutes. An hour later our pizza arrived burnt to a crisp, we called to let them know and asked what they could do, they reponded that they could deliver another one but it would be at least an hour or we would recieve $4 off our next order even though our pizza was more than $20. We asked them to come pick up our pizza and ordered elsewhere. Needless to say, they have lost a customer...

Best Pizza I've ever had!!!

I've had my pizza delivered. The SUPREME pizza is EXCELLENT!! Fresh ingredients, sauce to die for & the sausage is very tasty but not to spicy.

• Pros: very fresh ingredients.
• Cons: takes 45 mins. for delivery

Red's Savoy Pizza in Newport, MN is the best pizza I have ever had. The ingredients are the freshest, and the sauce is the best I have ever tasted.
