Great salon, great stylist!. The girl who did my hair was Sarah, and she was amazing! Quick and efficient, did exactly as I asked and was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I definitely never want to go to anyone else again!

LOVE my hair!. My stylist knew exactly what to do with my hair to give it the layered look I love while lightening up my heavy mass of hair. I feel like a new person! This cut I can wear curly or straight, and either way it looks amazing. Couldn't be happier with this salon, its customer service, and most of all, its stylists. They really know what they're doing! I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great Salon!. I went in to get a hair cut, it had been a few months since I had it styled and my stylist was wonderful! She was very friendly, cut my hair just the way I like it and was quick and efficient while doing it! I would recommend this salon to my friends.

Inver Grove Heights, Great Clips. this is the worst hair cut place I have ever been. In April 2008, General manager of the store, destroyed my hair, it took my 9 months to grow my hair back, the left side and right side was uneven, extreme cut in left side, a very short layer and then a very long layer, right side, 4-5 layers. She cut 9 Inches, I was in tears for 3 nights, I called my attorney, to see if I could sue. Their owner called , refused to see my hair, said, one of the managers did it( the second manager tried to fix it, and she did her best but not fixable), then owner sent me a paper, saying if I ever stopped by to show my hair to her, I am a trespasser. As far as I know there are two great clips in Inver grove heights and I have had real bad experience with both, specially the one in Cahil is where all these happened, I had real nice long thick shiny straight black hair, they ruined it. My Experience with them was my worst life experience with a hair salon and hair cutter. I would never forgot, I cried for 3 nights and later received a letter from owner, I can not stop by to show my hair,,, she told me, may be I cut it myself, if it is that bad, further she tried to accuse her other manager that tried to fix it, because she liked her less.... Real real sad situation, if you care about your hair.... you don't want them ruin it for you.... specially if you are attending an event.... I did not go to Church for 2 months, that is how bad my hair was.....

BAD STYLIST. This particular day i went in for trim. I have been their several times before with no complaints. The stylist i got this day was Wendy Schaab. she was rude, rough, cut my hair very badly. It was actually an inch longer on one side that the other and every uneven every where else. She was so rough she got the comb tangled in my hair. She was pulling on my hair as if in a hurry. I had only wanted a trim and came out of there very disappointed and went somewhere else to get it straightened out. I think she should be fired!
