I called Watson Appliance when my refrigerator stopped working. I was so worried because I didn’t want all my food to spoil but these guys came within an hour of me calling. The repairman (Jordan) figured out the problem quickly and had the part necessary to fix my fridge in his truck. I was really pleased with the service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Worst company --- stay away from it We had out electric range repaired by Watson in late January, 2013. During the repair, my wife kindly offered help to the technician to hold the cooktop for him when he replaced one of the burners, the tech did not refuse. Unfortunately, the cooktop was broken. Watson did not accept any responsibility and blamed my wife instead.

You don't accept help if you don't need one and you can always say "NO".

Stay away from a company that does not take responsibility and blames its customers instead!

Our oven stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. We called around, and could not get service for several days, we called Watson’s and they came right over and saved our day. They are the best company with the most professional service you can find. I'm so happy we finally found a family owned company we can trust. They treat you like a person and not a service ticket.

First Class People. I came home one day only to find that my dishwasher had flooded my kitchen. I didn?t know where to turn. My sister suggested that I give Watson?s Appliance a call. They came out the same day, replaced a part and my problems solved. Great customer service, I would recommend them to everyone. First class all the way.

Excellent Service. I am glad I called this company to repair my washer. They were very friendly and informative. They answered every question I had and performed excellent service. The technician was on time, did not create a mess and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely recommend this company to both family and friends.

Best Service Ever. My washing machine was leaking water all over my floor. I was in such a panic I did not know who to call. My neighbor suggested calling Watson’s which was the best advice ever. Watson’s came out that day and replaced a leaky water pump. The technician was clean and polite and help me every step of the way. Thank you Watson’s you’re the best.

satisfied customer!!. my refrigerator quit cooling and i went into a panic! i called watsons appliance whom was highly recommended by a friend. i explained what my dilemma was and they had a service technician out within hours. the technician came in he explained that it was a fan motor that went out. he had that part on his service truck, replaced the part, waited for it to cycle to make sure it was working correctly, and showed me the old part that he had replaced. very very nice and polite not to mention thorough work!!! i will always be calling watsons appliance for all my aplliance problems in the future!

Worst Customer Service In Stillwater, Mahtomedi, Lake Elmo Area. I called and scheduled an appointment with the company due to the fact the previous owners had a home warranty. They came out and later said, sorry the warranty doesn't cover that item---$89.99. I would never have called this company other than the fact, the homeowners warranty forces you to do just that. DEBBIE who professes to be the manager threatens you with collections because she doesn't allow any customer to verbalize the problem caused by the Watson's. "If you don't like how it was done, I know of a good collection agency" is her way of handling customer service. This is the worst customer service one could ever experience and I will do everything in my power to tell all neighbors and coworkers to never use this company under any circumstance.
