They are so COOL!. We had our furnace and A/C installed by Hinding over 12 years ago. Unfortunately on Saturday, August 8th a capacitor in the A/C system gave up and the the house could not be cooled. We called on Monday morning (after a warm Sunday without A/C) and they were able to get the system up and running within 15 minutes! This will be a hot and humid week, so we really appreciate the quick service to keep us cool! E ven our cats were happy at the service, since they could cuddle up to the vents to cool off once the A/C started working again!

highly recommend. Hinding Heating is reliable. I have had an air conditioner & recently a high efficiency furnace installled by this company.They will absolutely stand behind their product & service. The most recent example is coming to my home 3 times in 1 day to get my air conditioner running. In years past they won me over when an owner came out to fix our air conditioning after my husband called urgently & left a message explaining that his uncle's funeral luncheon was at our home that day. My inlaws previously owned our home & had bought from & recommended Hinding when we were replacing products. Interestingly Hinding had put the original furnace in our home when it was in a newly built housing development srea 50+ years ago.

I can tell you I will never again buy anything from large, well known SEARS, after repeatedly trying & failing locally & at corporate office to get a response to my hot water heater installation problem. Purchasing from a family owned company such as Hinding definitely has sold me on a company taking ownership of its customer's requests. The only con I can think of is that they are not available on weekends.

We do have 24 hour emergency service during our extended winter months of October - April (we only use Hinding Employees / No sub contractors).

Efficient and Fast. Patrick from Hinding Company came to our home right on time...installed a new igniter on our furnace,

cleaned it ,and left all done within a half hour! He even

turned on the thermostat to be sure the furnace ignited!

Very friendly too in addition to being efficient.

Excellent Work. To change our furnace, we enquired and received four installation proposals. From the time that Brian walked into our house and did an evaluation, to when Tom and Brad finished the installation, we experienced a trully professional and efficient work. Great Service. We recently had both Central Air and a new high efficiency furnace installed in our home in the Mac-Grove Neighborhood. Brian with Hinding was prompt to show up for appointments. He was able to evaluate the property, determine our need , and had the product delivered and installed by knowledgeable people at the time that was agreed on which was important to our schedule. I double checked his bid with a relative that does the same kind of work in another area, and he confirmed that it was a very fair price. Thanks Brian
