Villa Roma. When i was 14 years old i used to work for a local Italian Shop down the block. The owner than was as gentil as an old sole, sadley he passed on and the Recent onwer's treated this place as a shabby Dealers cartelle, but currently in the past few months the new owner's have steped up their game and have been tring to take away from the shame that those DOPEHEADS braught to this great neighborhood pizzarea. There is now all new employees, new management. You should give these new employees a chance and see what they can do. A few of the bad blogs about this place were written by a vengefull former employee. So come in and see what YOU think of Villa Roma now that you know there is a new Dream Team here!!!

Used to have Great service and SUPER FOOD- NOW exactly oposite. New would be owner is arrogant, snide, puts up with exchanges of illegal substnces in restaurant by employees.

You May encounter being told what server would do if he was with your woman. Who Knows.

Food used to be excellent. Now never know what you are going to get.

Maybe if real owner dies {his father} it will make him happy. Then He won't have to go through litigation.

Bad food, worse service. Forget you even heard of it.. The "New Management" sure seems to have the same rude behavior as the last one. When ordering food from this place, make sure you have them repeat your order back to you as they get it wrong. Every. Single. Time.

The delivery drivers cannot follow instructions either. They honk their car horn in front of the apartment building when they have specific instructions to call when they arrive. Top that off with rude, obnoxious attitude and you can bet I will not ever be ordering from that black hole again. I think this is the very first time I have ever stiffed someone on a tip. You know what? I don't feel even a little bit sorry either. I tolerate quite a bit for decent food but this place didn't even have that going for it.

Do yourself a favor and go to Cub Foods and get a frozen pizza instead. Why?

1.) It will be cheaper.

2.) It will taste better.

3.) Odds are it will be ready much faster that these clowns can deliver it.

4.) No rude delivery people to deal with.

Win-win situation.

Frustrated. I like to order Pizza from here because they offer sauerkraut. It took 2.5 hours to get my delivery and when it arrived it had the wrong ingredients. I ordered it with GREEN OLIVES and not GREEN PEPPERS. They did up the size of my pizza for no cost but I think they coulda did better. Sorry Roma. Bad service.

Great food - kitschy. This place looks like it has slowly evolved and turned into the charming hodge podge it is today. I tend to view this place as a hole in the wall (not necessarily a bad thing), but the food is always refreshingly good. I love that they are open super late 7 days a week. A great place to get your late night fix.

New Management!. I've been there a few times now. Food is great, people were courteous and service good. They're open from 5pm-3am and soon to be a buffet lunch and new opening time of 11am. Give the new management a try, they're doing a great job and it's cleaned up! Great family place! Railroad car to sit and eat in.

Under New Management. This restaurant is now under new management. New attitude, new work ethics, updated facilities. Come and see for yourself! Try us out!!

Rude/Poor service always.. Don't dine in here. Really poor service. Get delivery instead. Always pay cash so you can decide on the tip when they get there. The delivery drivers have been really rude lately and rarely follow instructions on the order. They forget items on a regular basis and offer no refund, saying only that they will give you "credit" on your next order instead. (That's why you pay in cash only so you don't get ripped off!) I know they deliver late, but it's not worth it.
