Great advice from the owner. I went into their magic store to buy some tricks, and since I'm a total beginner, I asked the owner for advice. He told me that if I was really serious, I should just get a book, or maybe a DVD, and not waste my money on buying tricks. I bought a book, and now I'm hooked - he was completely right...one trick would just be one trick, and would show me how to be a great magician. What I really needed was a book. Thanks, friend!

The folks who work at this busy shop can transform you into Marilyn Monroe--or even Marilyn Manson. The store is stocked with wigs, makeup, hats, masks, gory goodies and ready-to-wear costumes, so it's easy to create a new you. Buy bloody eyeball glasses for a few dollars or call ahead to spend a fortune on a custom-made Oktoberfest or Halloween costume.
