In Short – Many high school teams practice here daily. It can be overwhelming if you show up between 2:30pm and 5pm, when literally hundreds of skiers swarm over the 7K course. A ski shop and chalet are available, along with lessons from professional instructors. The terrain varies from flat to moderately hilly, and the snow can often be icy because of the extensive use.

Como Ski

Como Ski Area is an extremely small and out of the way operation, but it has good instructors and well set-up hills. I recommend it for beginners.
