Best massage therapy ever!

I have had the best experience with Treece and am so glad that I found her. She is passionate about what she does and about helping people. In addition to her massage therapy she has given me wonderful and simple advice on how to help my body heal itself and feel better. She encouraged me to start walking, stretching and proper belly breathing. Incorporating these simple steps into my routine have helped tons! Since seeing her I felt better than I have in several years. All the other clinics and chiropractors have just given me treatment plans that have cost me plenty of money but have not given me the relief and calm that her massage therapy has. Her massage therapy techniques are unique and she intuitively knows what your body and muscles need. You can tell that all her years of experience and all the people she has worked with have given her great insight on helping the body heal itself. Thank you Treece!

Miracle worker!

Treece is a miracle worker. I have suffered upper back and next pain for as long as I can remember. Ten years ago I had surgery to relieve the pain to no avail. I went to Treece the first time about 4-months pregnant expecting a relaxing massage, but what I receieved was more of a treatment. I won't lie - the first appointment was painful. But once the tenderness subsided in a couple days, I noticed the pain I've grown accustomed to was noticeably less. I was sold! After just 4 or 5 appointments with Treece, the pain that had plagued me my entire adult life was gone. Which brings me to wonder why don't doctors "prescribe" massage therapy to treat chronic pain? Armed with an innate sense of the body and it's needs, Treece could change the world with her magic hands!

Life Saver

I have been suffering from headaches for over 7 years..after finding Treece, and having her "rework" and "rebuild" my body. I can say honestly that after 4-5 months of working with her I have not experienced a headache in over 2 months since. She not only is an amazing massage therapist in a wonderful location but she is extremely educated on the body and how it works. Every time I go see her it is not only therapy for my body but my mind as well. I have learned so much from her on things to do at home to prevent pain.

Treece is truly in the business of caring about/for people along with HEALING them. I would recommend Treece to anyone with any body ache/pain/illness or just for a relaxing massage.

I am SO lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her enough.

Wonderful massage every time

I have been going to Treece for almost a year now, and my body is feeling more energized, flexible and looser than it has for years. She uses good strong pressure, a variety of techniques to work out knots and kinks and always listens to my concerns. I get excited a few days before my massage just knowing that I get to treat my body and mind to another wonderful session.

Healing and Educational

I found Treece through doing a Google search for a massage in St. Paul. After reading her excellent reviews and liking her ideal location, I scheduled an appointment. I've now been seeing her for about three months.

One of my favorite reasons I enjoy going to Treece is that she truly knows what she's talking about. I have learned so much from her about how to listen to my body and why I have certain aches and pains. In addition, she has recommended exercises to help strengthen my weaker muscles. My body has responded well to the regular massages and I've relieved much of the tension I'd carried with me for some time. She has helped relieve tension that a chiropractor alone couldn't do.

I truly look forward to my sessions with Treece. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family looking for a therapeutic massage in a warm, relaxing environment.
