A Frogtown Gem!. This is the bar to visit if you're looking for a neighboorhood atmosphere and honest drink prices. It brings back memories of what bars used to be....no overbearing background noise, 20 somethings who think they know how to drink and absolutley no trouble. I bet you can't name another bar in St.Paul that serves Pigs Eye, has a bumper pool table, always offers a few varities of scotch and offers the best booya two times a year!

The Way A Bar Is Supposed To Be. Billy's Vic is the all time greatest neighborhood corner bar. They've got it all from booya to outdoor winter bocce ball. The beer is cheap and the jukebox is always rockin'. Great place to meet the gang.
