Wonderful!. Such a fun place to spend a couple of hours. I came in looking for a particular book and left with that and 10 more! You never know what you'll find. The staff happily answered my questions and brought me to where I wanted to go. I could have left with the book I had in mind going in, but I found so many more cool books I couldn't help it! I don't know what other people are saying about the staff being unfriendly. I'll definitely be going back!

Don't go where you're not wanted. I can't say much about this store that's good, except that they are huge and have a wide selection.

However, the comics are kept behind a chained area (yes, a freakin' CHAIN!) and plenty of militant signage to keep theft to a minimum. While I realize that every store owner has to deal with shoplifters, you really want to feel like you can browse without having to ask special permission to view the merchandise--or just to browse and not feel like you're presence is unwanted from the get go.

The employees seem to resent working there, and who can blame them?

I won't go back.

Great Science Fiction selection!. I love this store!!! I came just looking for a light read and came out with around ten great books. Their three floors of books had books from every genre from military history to science fiction. Highly recommended!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to ask and see if they had a book available. The man that answered the phone said, "Uh, I don't think we have it, Call a newer store." and hung up! It was very rude! He didn't even check to see if they had the book, he told me to describe it and then hung up on me. I am glad I did not waste my time and drive down there. AVOID IF YOU CAN!
