Best of all, owner Hayley Bush makes sure that everything is in near-perfect condition before she places the vintage items in her super-organized, color-coordinated racks. That makes looking for a cutesy pink dress or hip black suit a total breeze. She also hand washes or dry cleans everything before bringing it into her shop, which means all of her hand-picked vintage goods are ready for instant donning.

Best Vintage In The Twin Cities. I have been a customer of Lula for almost 15 years and this is definitely the best vintage in the Twin Cities. Hailey, the owner, is funny, sweet and I swear she has fasion ESP. As soon as you step in the door, she is pulling clothes for you and setting up a dressing room with everything she picked being perfect for your style. Her merchandise is high quality and not overpriced.
