I have to say that my experience with the Garden of Eva was TREMENDOUS, and if you are ever needing a florist for ANY occasion, you would be crazy to go to anyone else! I was a walk-in, just looking to order some flowers for a friend, and it was Eva herself that waited on me. Not only did she help me hand tailor my order, but we got to talking about my upcoming wedding. She took the time to discuss floral options to consider, as the day is still very far away. She simultaneously helped several other customers, while continuing to check back with me as I perused her pictures from previous weddings. She is a GENIUS when it comes to arrangements, and through talking with her, she helped me make a decision for a bouquet! She offered me all this knowledge and support without expecting my business!! Her pricing for a complete wedding was WORLDS less then quotes I got from other florists for just the bridal party alone...plus, she pulled together an impromptu bouquet on the spot as an example for how it would look, and it was perfect!! So naturally, I booked her services for the wedding right then and there.

My special day will be even more special, as I no longer need to worry about my flowers! Garden of Eva is one of those rare stores left where you get personal help, professional expertise, affordable quality, and friendly service. What a find! I won't be doing any future floral shopping anywhere else!!

STRESS FREE SERVICE!!!!!

I recently helped my sister plan her wedding. I was stunned when I read the bad review posted by aschmidt, as the service we recieved was outstanding. When we called for an appointment, we were asked when it would be most convenient for us to come in. The person on the other end of the line was friendly, and curteous. My sister, my mother and myself all went to the consultation Eva met with us herself. My biggest complaint is we had to wait about 5 minutes while she finished up with another customer before she could sit down with us. Eva had excellent ideas and suggestions, and somehow managed to bring all three of us together, as my family members all had different ideas. To help us stay within our budget we decided to use many of our ceremony decorations at the reception also, suggested by Eva, such as flowered garlands, and floral pew decorations that also served as table decorations. We were able to rent mirrors and votives as well. For a small fee we utilized Eva,s "Stress Free Service", her staff delivered the flowers to the church, set everything up beautifully, stayed and pinned on the corsages and boutonierres, waited until the ceremony was over, quickly and efficiently took down the decorations , transported them to the reception, and they were set up before the guests started arriving. Talk about SMOOTH!!!!! The flowers were superb, and the service was spectacular. I would highly recommend The Garden of Eva for any occasion. They made our day worry free.

First I would like to apologize to you for the experience you had on January 12, 2007. I do not have

a male staff member, so I am guessing you must have talked to someone from the answering service

I hired. I hired this service for the hours when we are closed as a customer convenience.

They assured me they would only have florist trained customer service people answering our phones.

Obviously, this was not the case. I am so sorry you had this experience, but I would like to thank you for taking the time to bring it to my attention so I can address this unprofessional experience. Again, my sincere apoloigies to you. Eva
