User Reviews for Steve Rouch Photography

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

We just had a family portrait at Steve Rouch Photo. Wow! What fun. Steve got our crabby kids laughing and helped us loosen up. We got to see our shots on TV as he took them so we got included in the process (very helpful). I have to admit he took many pounds off of us and our appearance (I was impressed). We got to see the pictures on a big screen afterwards and he explained our options to us and was very helpful. I loved the results and would recommend him to anyone! Dan Richter

Pros: Great quality and service

Cons: Nothing we can think of

I hired Steve Rouch Photography for my wedding in October. HE wasn't the actual photographer - one of his colleagues shot it. Whatever. Photographer at the wedding did an excellent job! Funny, professional and creative. My problem is not with him. My problem is with the crappy service. We had to wait MONTHS for our wedding album and parent albums. During waiting, we were sent 3 "musical presentaions" in the mail on DVD's, I thought - Oh cool! Put them in the DVD player and it didn't read anything - said "No Disc" So I tried it on my computer - Same thing!! I was disappointed because I had gotten so excited and then when it wouldnt WORK - bigtime bummer. Overall, I was satisfied w/ my wedding album - some pictures were a little "blurry" but most of them were crisp and clear and very nice. The long wait and not working discs were not cool. So once we got the wedding album/parent books... we waited for all of our "proofs" to be mailed to us on a disc. The day it arrived I was again - jumping for joy... couldnt wait to pop it in and relive my wedding.... did it work??? NOPE! So we have this note giving all copyrights to us and we can do whatever we want w/ the images on the disc... but that really does nothing since the DISC DOESNT WORK! Ugh! How hard is it???????? So I am still waiting on a call back about that. Total price was around 3 grand. With that you get a 40 pg 8x10 wedding album, 2 3x5 parent albums, free 11x14 picture and proofs from your ceremony and reception.

Pros: They didn't totally F up my wedding day pictures!

Cons: Pricey$$$
