Good experience!. Not sure what the former reviewer is talking about. Dr. Smith was kind, understanding, and helpful when he spoke to us about placing tubes in our toddler's ears. He did the surgery himself, and continued to be kind, understanding and helpful during follow-up visits.

Rude and dismissive. My insurance provider sent me to this doctor when I broke my nose. He was rude and dismissive. He even gave me incorrect information about how they were going to complete the procedure to put my nose back into alignment. Then when I went back for my scheduled check-up, he and the other doctor who came in barely even looked at me ... and certainly didn't have any time to answer my questions.
