Worst Customer Service Experience. I was planning on having lunch at Davanni's because I heard it was a great place, apparently I left my car in their parking lot too long. I politely asked to speak with a manager about this issue and he escorted me right out the back door, pointed at a sign and shut the door before I could speak with him. The waitstaff that was on their smoke break began laughing at me, only one guy took the time to help me out. I was trying to ask for directions and the manager refused to talk with me. Other than the cashier, I felt like the whole staff bullied me. Unfortunately, now I tell all my friends how awful of an experience I had there and I will never go back to try their food. I spoke with the manager later, on the phone, and he admitted he was abrupt with me, but never apologized.…
worth the trip. my wife and travel to St Paul often and always make a point of stoping by at Davanni"s Pizza &hot Hoagies it is a 6 hour trip so it a pleasure to know we will get great food when we get to town.The employees really make you feel welcome and are always quick to serve you…
Run don't Walk. These hoagies are the bomb diggity and the pizza makes me want to swin in a swimming pool full of the stuff!!!
