I consider myself a local expert on lunch hot spots. Billy's on Grand is incredibly subpar. I'd explain the whole thing, but there is an article in the Minneapolis Examiner that explains is well. this is the perfect place for that kind of crowd, bunch of tv's that play sports all the time, they have shuttles to the wild games, and college students love this place. the food is actually great here, i love the strawberry chicken salad.

for a bar this place has really good food and a big variety, the owners girlfriend is a pain so watch out for her.
