The Lexington is a posh watering hole with devotional service in a chandelier-lit dining room. The curving mahogany is the perfect place to order a perfect martini. On any given night, many diners mark important occasions. Traditionally prepared prime rib and chateaubriand are the fanciest menu staples. Fresh fish and pasta specials are also available. The steak and seafood combo includes a petite filet and walleye amandine.

I just attended a large birthday party here, with diners from 4 up to 80 years old, and everyone was extremely well cared for by the friendly and competent staff. Of course I've also dined at the "Lex" in smaller groups, and always found the food and service first rate. But the way they rose to the larger challenge really cemented their reputation, in my mind. They just know how to take care of people. Prices are reasonable for the caliber of cuisine. It may not be adventurous or exotic fare, but what they do, they do well. Highly recommended.

We attended two rehearsal dinners here, and were so impressed by the staff and the food, that we have scheduled our wedding reception to take place here as well. The private rooms are classic and elegant, so it will be a perfect location. Love the 40's style and music. The manager that we've been working with (Michael) has been so helpful and attentive, he's got all the details covered and is available anytime we have a question or want to make changes. Can't say enough about the service so far!

The Lexington is a very nice restaurant, with good food. The servers are appropriate for such a place - very professional and courteous. The atmosphere can be a little stuffy.
