Uncle Sven's Comic Shoppe

Outstanding customer service, they made my day!. I met a locked door when I arrived at 8:05 pm this Thursday. They had closed at 8, what a bummer. Disappointed, I walk away. I heard a someone calling after me. Hans was calling for me to come inside.

He was happy to let me in and purchase my comics. I was overjoyed and we quickly found what I wanted. As he rang me up, I asked him if he knew when the new Fables trade was coming out.

These guys take customer service to the next level. Not only did they re-opening their doors for me, but Hans took down my information and order me a copy of the new Fables trade paperback. These guys freakin' rule!!…

A classic comic shop in every sense. Uncle Sven's my neighborhood's comic shop. While it's small in size has a surprising amount of back issues and wonderful customer service. I've not had any problems finding new issues of mainline titles either--in fact if it's big brother The Source* has sold out of a first-run book, the first place I call is Sven's. It's charming in every sense and a gem from a bygone age.

They also have a limited supply of gaming products, enough to get you started on a Saturday night without making a run out to The Source. And, of course, Sven's has the same great customer service as the mothership!

One of the most friendly shops in St. Paul, MN!. This old time shoppe is not too big/not too small, carries exactly what they need and knows their clientele well. Hans, I believe he's the store owner, made me feel like I was family 30 second walking through the door. Most people would boast that The Source is the best in town though they don't hold a candle to Uncle Sven's customer service. A wealth full of knowledge and a relaxed casual attitude, this is MY FAVORITE COMIC BOOK SHOP IN MINNESOTA!…
