In Short – This shop gathers the types of surplus goods that make the strangest and most inspired art. Bins, boxes and shelves are piled with factory rejects, whatchamacallits and manufacturing scraps of every color, texture and shape. Artstart, a nonprofit interdisciplinary art organization, aims to inspire the next great works while saving interesting and useful surplus goods from the landfill and letting teachers, day care centers or local artists give them fresh life.
