This shop's focus is on the individual receiving the bouquet. When a bride comes to visit, designer Tia Stern says she likes to find out what kind of person she is, then discuss color and style rather than specific flowers. Be warned--if a couple is planning a June wedding in December, it's difficult to determine what blooms will be available and at what price.
