In Short – The Shoppe occupies a cute old home whose top floor is dedicated to bridal attire. It's usually staffed to provide one-on-one consultations, but be warned: Saturdays are wild, wild, wild. Expect modish, new styles from the collections of 50-odd designers (mostly second-stringers such as Mori Lee, Marisa and Sweetheart). The bridesmaids' department is stocked with standard two-piece taffetas and full-length sheaths. Mix and match these with the goods in the accessories department.
Great place to shop

I loved this store! I went shopping with my two sisters and my mom and had an awesome experience at this shop. My sales lady was completely professional and helped me pick the perfect dress. I had no idea what I was looking for and my helper guided me the entire time. I would highly recommend this store to other brides. This store can be busy, but I felt it was well worth it. My dress was $599 and is beautiful.
- Pros: Large selection of dresses, good prices, nice staff
- Cons: Can be busy

I really wanted to buy my dress here because I live in the neighborhood and it would be so convenient, but this is exactly the kind of company I don't want to support.
The space where we try on dresses is spacious- if you are there alone. I went during the week the first time and had an okay experience and so came back with my mom and (soon to be) mother in law. I couldn't believe they had 7 brides up there, all fighting for a glance in the mirror. So many of the dresses were already in other rooms and their selection is almost all modern. (I wanted something very traditional).
Our attendant was friendly, but any time I asked if I could change something about a dress (straps, neckline or back to be raised a few inches, for example) she'd reply with something like: "Well I guess this isn't your dress." I told her I didn't think I was the type to burst into tears at the sight of me in the perfect wedding dress, but that didnt' convince her to answer my question.
I couldn't believe the over-emotional brides and the unrealistic workers. There was one dress that I liked, but she wouldn't tell me who the designer was and with that, I took my business elsewhere.
- Pros: trendy dress selection
- Cons: cramped, overbooked
Horrible Experience!!!!

A friend recommended this place to me so I showed up expecting to find my dress there.
Because my wedding was only 3 months away I needed to buy off the rack. As soon as I was given a sales associate, she led me to a small room in the back of the store where they kept dresses good for destination weddings and told me to look through them (there was no room for my mom and friend so they were stuck standing in a tiny hallway). She gave me absolutely NO direction. The room was so small it was hard to go through the dresses...half of them were not on the hangers anymore so it was difficult seeing what they looked like through the garmet bags. After literally like 2 minutes, another girl/sales associate came in wanting to use the room so she quickly ushered us out of the room with only four dresses and put me in this TINY dressing room. She left me to figure things out on my own. The first dress I tried on was way too small and was completely torn. It became pretty clear that none of these dresses were in good enough shape to buy off the rack, and were all in a size 6 which wouldnt even fit me. Next time she came in I expressed my areas of concern and she told me that there were a couple of size 8 dresses and I should have looked for those ones (you tell me how I was supposed to find a couple of size 8 dresses out of 50 in a couple of minutes and then suggested that I look in the plus size area!!) At this point I wa really upset and I politely told her that clearly this place was not going to work. She told me that ALL wedding shoppes were like her store and I was not going to find any wedding shoppe better and I might be better off at a "mass market place like david's bridal" (which she then talked negatively about).
Well I've got news for her: the next wedding shop I went to was absoultey WONDERFUL: they gave me direction, they had dresses in my size, that were off the rack AND in wonderful shape. They treated me like a bride with one-on-one service. I also went to David's bridal and they treated me like a bride as well.
Even if I had found my dream dress there, there was no way I was going to give them my money...they treated me so horrible I left there feeling bad about myself about to be in tears.
- Pros: made buying a dress somewhere else an easy decision
- Cons: Completely bad customer service, lack of direction,
