I ordered the bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming July 2013 wedding. I live in Nebraska and searched high and low for the perfect dresses. I found a beautiful Bill Levkoff chiffon dress but it was $200 at every store I went to near home. I found The Wedding Shoppe's website and ordered that same dress through them. The dress was $140 through The Wedding Shoppe. I was happy that each of my bridesmaids could save $60!! The dresses took the full three month wait I was quoted but they arrived by the date they told me and they look gorgeous!

This was my third visit...my dress had arrived! I was a little nervous for this appointment since I hadn't seen the dress in 8 or so months and my last visit wasn't as pleasant as the first due to some confusion on my custom sash. I was greeted and my guests and I were escorted upstairs where my dress was waiting. After putting my dress and the sash on Kim, my original consultant from 8 months prior, saw my name in the appointment book, remembered me and came up to take a peak at the dress and sash she helped me pick out. Immediately she noticed the custom sash wasn't what we discussed or ordered. I couldn't believe that not only did she remember my name she remembered the details of my first appointment. Kim and the other ladies were so kind and made me feel special as if I was the only bride there. Kim and her staff took their time with me....bringing me a variety of veils, head pieces and jewelry to pick from. ALL of my concerns and needs were addressed and I feel completely confident in my selections. Thank you Kim for all your attention to detail and for making me feel so special. I am looking forward to my upcoming fittings:)

I found the prices for the bridesmaids dresses we were looking for to be phenomenal compared to boutiques prices. However, once it came to placing our orders online it all went downhill. I payed an additional fee to have the dress "rush cut" delivered (7-8 weeks) but came to find out there was an additional 2 weeks of "processing & delivery" they failed to mention. In addition, I had to contact them to verify if an estimated day of delivery had even been established (10 business days after the order was placed) since I never received a confirmation email. In the end i'm getting the dress in 11 weeks inspite of the additonal fee I paid for to get the dress sooner. Their customer service representatives offered no type of compensation/apology/solution, and gave me a mediocre explanation. Dont think ill be using their services again.

I had an incredible shopping experience at this shop. The staff was amazing and the selection of dresses was really great. I found my perfect dress for $1200 and am so happy that I visited this store. After vising three other bridal shops and no luck, the wedding shoppe was a breath of fresh air. I would highly reccommend this shop to other brides. It was a great day with my family. I am so happy I found my dress.

This place is nice and they have nice variety but their customer service is horrible! When going to try on my dress before fully purchasing it the lady RIPPED my dress. I couldn't believe it. I asked if she even noticed (at the same time trying to calm down my Grandma and Mom) and she just looked at me and walked out. She never even apologized. The next lady who came in did the same thing. When we asked if we could get it fixed or get a discount they said no. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!

Therese helped me find my dress and has worked endlessly for me, the "not picky at all" bride ever since! I knew I wanted a single-strapped dress and she has made tons of phone calls to the designer to help make my dress exactly what I envisioned. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough! My sister is getting married in Septemeber and she is using the wedding shoppe for all of her wedding needs. Therese a consultant at the shoppe was so helpful at showing me how many options I had for bridesmaid dresses for the wedding. I am fuller busted and I wasnt sure what style would look best. Therese opened my eyes to many different styles and finding a dress is going to be so easy now due to all the help I recieved. I highly recoment the wedding shoppe for all of your wedding attire! Its amazing!

The Wedding Shoppe is cool. The dresses are beautiful. More importantly, their prices are so reasonable. The Kennedy Blue dresses are the ones I'm really interested in! So pretty.

Great service. Got swatches sent straight to me. Lots of different styles to choose from for a great fit for anyone on any occasion! Highly recommended.
