Never go here. When I didn't have a problem, this dry cleaner was fine. As soon as there was a problem, the manager's response to this problem was offensive. I brought in a very expensive gown with lots of sentimental value to be dry cleaned. The gown was returned to me with a tear and other damage. No one said anything about the damage at pick up. I discovered it when I brought the gown home. When I brought this damage to the manager's attention, his response was to yell at me and accuse me lying about the damage, even though I had been a loyal customer for several years. It was a horrible experience to go through. They offered to reimburse me for the dry cleaning (not for the damage) only after I asked to be reimbursed. But I was too traumatized by this experience to go back. Never go here! Roxy's does not know the meaning of customer service.

Unprofessional & Terrible Service. I brought in a wool sweater to be dry cleaned. When returned, the sweater was still soiled so they agreed to re dry clean the sweater. This time they threw the WOOL sweater in the wash! It was shrunken, felted and RUINED. Mistakes happen, but the guy blamed it on the designer. Even a non-professional knows you don't throw a wool sweater in the wash!!! No reimbursement of the sweater was offered.

its just a dry cleaner... reccomend if u live close. I dont really expect much from a dry cleaner and besides the obvious childhood problems that rolled over into the owners adult life this place has good prices and the guy who works saturday mornings is really cute .. i think i might ask for his number next time.. btw this is a family account... im not a guy

Avoid like the Plague.. I wish I had read the other reviews of this place before I brought my wedding dress there to be cleaned. I brought it in on a Saturday, and was told it would be done by Friday. I came in on the next Monday to pick it up, and no one knew where my dress was. (At this point I was scared that they completely lost my dress, and left the place crying....) I was told the manager would call me to let me know they found my dress. He or she never called me, so I called them, where someone else told me that they send away the wedding dresses to be cleaned! He said it would be done on the next Friday. Well, that's today, and I called, and the dress is still not done! I will never go to this place again!

i rated it a 1 because i had to. terrible customer service. terrible turn around. terible quality. "you'll have to speak to the manager" is the only phrase you will hear from the employees.

Poor Customer Service. Roxy Cleaners lost a very important item of mine, and were not at all respectful or helpful. The owner said he would look for it and give me a call. He did not call me in the time frame he specified, so I called him. After remaining on hold for five minutes, he answered and simply informed me that he had not found the item. He offered no plan or apology about losing the item and told me it was my problem because I no longer had the item. When I tried to tell him how I was unsatisfied with my experience with Roxy and their customer service, he hung up on me. This man obviously does not know anything about customer service and judging from their past record I would not risk leaving your clothing in their hands.

Poor Service. Very unfortunate experience with Roxy - they lost a very important garment. Even more unfortunate, they did not handle the situation well. After 5 trips to the store with promises that I would be reimbursed, I am still left without the shirt or money. Problems happen...the way problems are handled separates good businesses from bad ones. Roxy is a bad one is my book.
