wouldn't recommend for massage. Wanted to try this place as it's blocks from where I live. Had a 1 hour massage with a non-master level therapist - still considerably more expensive than a massage with my regular non-Aveda master-level therapist. She was extremely friendly, but overall, I did not have a positive experience. She asked if I had any injuries so she could avoid them - I told her of a bruise on my ankle and she forgot and massaged there - I stopped her once she touched it, but had I been relaxed, it definitely would have jarred me out of relaxation (for the record, I understand she is human and mistakes happen and would have overlooked this had the rest of my experience been good). I asked for less pressure, but the technique seemed to be "rough" and that didn't change. I am comfortable with fairly hard pressure into my trouble spots, but I felt pushed versus massaged - in fact, I was holding on to the table so that I didn't fall off. Felt very sore for days afterward and not in the muscles that had previously been bothering me. Wouldn't return to this therapist even if they offered me a free massage!!

Wavy or Layered hair? Go to AMY!. Its not often that I return to a stylist. I have long fine hair that I wear layered and wavy and nobody ever gets it right.... Amy is the first stylist to get it perfect - twice in a row! My hair has body and volume in all the right places whether I wear it straight or wavy! Well worth the money. Great personality, great stylist!

Worst service and color ever!. I went in for an all-over color and cut. After i got colored i sat with dripping wet un-brushed hair for 40 min. I had 2 chunks of blond in my hair left from where i had highlights, right in the front of my hair, which my stylist failed to notice.

I went in to have it fixed-just the blond chunk-and ended up with black bangs, and light brown hair. Then she tried to send me home, telling me that it looked great. When i said it wasn't ok we toned my hair twice, and my hair was still not one color. I had to have my entire hair re-colored.

Three hours later I walked out of the clinic, color still in my hair, so my "stylist" could get home on time.

Throughout this whole experience, the stylists were not only incapable of their jobs, but also rude and demeaning. Overall-worst customer service and color I have ever received!

AVOID.. Worst haircut of my life. The staff was extremely stuck up and not friendly so I was already turned off. It just baffles me when people act as though the customer is their personal problem.

Then I had a haircut that was terrible. Just awful. Stylist had no clue what she was doing. I should have known there would be a problem when she said she had worked there for 5 years and was on the cheapest level. I figured since it was Juut it would still be good though, man was I wrong. I will never go back.

There are so many other places where the staff is friendly and they give great haircuts, I can't imagine why someone would go there.

Best Experience-Will definitely recommend!. Unlike “happystringteacher”, I had a COMPLETELY opposite experience. I had never been to a Juut salon and thought I would try the St Paul location because I live so close. From the moment I walked in I had an incredible time with the entire staff. I brought in a picture of what I wanted & had Beth as my stylist. She not only did an absolutely amazing job but went far above & beyond. She was very pleasant the entire time & demonstrated precisely how I could maintain the look myself. I felt SO happy & very beautiful. I had my hair done because I have an older sister who is terminally ill (with possibly two years left to live) & my family & friends had a HUGE birthday celebration for her. Now because of Beth, I have wonderful family photos to remember the celebration with.

STUCK UP-WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD! WEDDING TO GET READY... I walked in and was greeted just fine. I was hoping for the best because I live so close. Since I have heard mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant. Beth was my stylist and gave me THE worst hair cut I have ever had in my LIFE! I was extremely upset and about ready to cry! I am growing my hair out for my wedding and I asked for a long layers and just a simple trim. Guess what I got. She cut off my thickness so I walked out with less hair-and gave me BANGS! Never will I ever go to your salon again! Please work on your hospitality, hiring quality staff. I will certainly spread the word about how horrible your salon is! No thank you-thank you for ruining my hair. Thankfully it will grow out for my wedding. I am extremely upset with your staff-and Beth should be fired. She was extremely rude after my hair cut.

I Love This Salon. I was shocked to read the less than pleasant reviews about Juut! I've been going to the salon for almost 10 years and look forward to every visit! They are so pleasant, helpful and create the most relaxing environment. It's worth every dime you pay for your services. My loyalty to the salon and specifically, Bridget, spans more than 1000 miles. I travel from New York City every few months to have Bridget tame my wild hair. She's ultimately talented and I recommend her a thousand times over.

Stinky Experience.. I walk in, there are 3 young people behind counter, they look at me, don't say a word. I say, I am just coming in to buy products. They all turn away, no offer to help. I look around, and turn to the 3, and say, I have a question about a product. They look at me. I realize they are waiting for me to come over to them. I continue to look back at them. Finally, the young man of the group comes over. He explains the product. The end. Goes back behind his counter. The makeup gal shows up. I tell her I use Aveda makeup and I am looking for a lipstick. She asks, something for the holidays. I say, no, for everyday. She puts a bright pinkish color on me. I tell her, no, I would never wear this, no offer of tissue to remove, no other suggestions, just looks at me. I say, ok, and walk away. And HER FINGERS SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE when applying the lipstick. This was a really stinky experience. Will never walk in their doors again.

WORST HAIR STYLE IN MY LIFE. I look like a horst from the front, a man from the back, Bridget did not give me the style of the picture I showed her--I cryed in my car. I only have hair on the top of my head!!! None around my ears on on my neck--and she looked at the picture. An $85.00 disaster--never again.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!. Man, I am so glad I had my hair done here. BEAUTIFUL PLACE, friendly faces, and talented hair artists. The clientele at this location was wonderful! I will be back soon...and thanks Abbey for the great new look!
