Tips for Ames Lake Neighborhood

Rent somewhere else.... The apartments are nice, but I can't say the same for the neighborhood. On top of that, the new management is horrible. There was a pest outbreak while I lived there, and while I realize it's a tough situation to deal with, the management didn't take care of it like they should have. Horrible management, loud and unsafe neighborhood. I would say look somewhere else.

Great Customer Service. There has been changes in the Mgmt. and Kelly is the new manager and she is wonderful! There still are some people that live in the area that are problems but overall as long as they get the right people in the neighborhood it is a good place to live!!
