US Dollar Ninety-Nine Dry Cleaners on Suburban in Saint Paul has the best services for the best prices. Their owner and workers give the best customer service in the business.
Pros: Definite thumbs up. You can drop off your cleaning and shop at Target or Lenscrafters within a block. No discounts or coupons are necessary as the price is always great.

I've taken numerous pieces there and they always come back correctly. Once in a while, the pants are pressed, so there are 2 front seams, but usually that doesn't happen. When a spot appeard on my suit pants that wasn't there before, the owner and manager made sure to take care of it. While they were able to get the spot out on the 2nd try, the owner would have compensated me for the error. I would recommend this place and think it is valuable, although the price is now $2.59 vs. the $2.29 that the message says.
Pros: Reliable, Cost Effective, Good service.
Cons: Only on the E. metro.
