biggest scam outfit budget towing. a tow that costs $399.79> really ...what scam is this? it must be the bike shop across from the blaine sports center and budget towing. the guy from the bike place calls budget towing from st. paul and has them come up to blaine and haul cars away. the driver mike said $175 cash and i will drop your car. went to target to get cash and came back to him waiving at me hauling my jeep away to find out then it will cost me $399.79 to get my vehicle back... i cant make this up......anyone else heard of these people?? budget towing out of st. paul on earl st or homer st..... WOW Roy, you are one sick dude !!!!!!!

I SPENT YEARS AT BUDGET>WORST OWNER EVER.. You need to be aware that I KNOW most of these positive reviews are fake and written by current and former employees. You have been warned!!!!! If they damage your vehicle, Roy will avoid you hoping you will just go away. Hire a lawyer. And to the poor person whose pictures were not returned, I am deeply sorry. He will not let any personal items go without payment first, including pictures. You don't pay, he junks or sells your car and throws away ALL pictures. This is simply the most pathetic excuse for a human being I have ever or will ever see. He is the skid mark in satans underwear.

very helpfull. I had my car towed from the ditch and the driver was nice and when we got to the shop the staff was help full i would tell all my friends to do business there .Thank budget

Hit my car-could car less.. The driver Mike Schultz backed the flat bed trailer right into my trunk lid causing a nice huge scratch and dent. He was "worried he was going to hit his lights on his truck on the tree" and obviously did not care about hitting my car. When loading the car he didn't bother to adjust the angle of the flatbed so the whole front end of my car dragged on the driveway as he loaded it onto the flat bed. The same thing happened as he unloaded, the front bumper hit the asphalt causing a nice crack in the underside. He continued to drag the front end on the asphalt for a good foot again due to lack of adjustment to the flat bed. I have called three times since and no one is willing or able to help me, I am just fed a bunch of lies every time I call. The owner, Roy Carlson, is no where to be found and no one can tell me when he will be in.

Thanks Budget. Why is it that you only see reviews from the people who feel cheated by companies. My experience with Budget was nothing but good. I was sent a professional curtious driver who seemd to actually care about my problem. And as far as cash only goes I paied by credit card with no problem of course I had done nothing to get my car impounded and I dont care who you are I have been impounded for illegal parking before too and was required to pay cash to get my car back so to you I say dont get impounded and you won't need to pay cash. And I really hope people are smart enough to take what they read with a grain of salt because alot of this stuff sounds like whiners that didn't get their own way to me!!

thank you budget. yesterday i was brike down in st paul i googled towing chose budget and they were awesome. it took them about 15 min to reach me and the driver was clean friendly and good at his job. Thanks budget towing you guys are the best

Arrogant driver would have purposely hit my car. This morning a driver from Budget Towing almost hit my car as we were sitting at a red arrow in a left turn lane. Apparently this individual didn't care that he was blocking traffic by sitting up on the median and also didn't care if he rammed cars when he decided to start moving (all while the SUV he was picking up was still in motion on the flatbed). Our honking, yelling, and pounding on the passenger door of his truck didn't make a difference; he was much too important to wait for an opening in the flow of traffic and just decided to create his own by pushing people out of the way. After reading the other reviews on Citysearch, I would say that it seems there's a "trickle-down" effect within this company....

Rude and Rip OFF. Why am I not surprised there are sooo many poor reviews? LOL. This is quite satisfying. That explains their empty lot. These people are so damn effen RUDE and such RIP OFFS!!!! My truck was towed 7.84 miles (yes, seven!!) and was towed at 6pm yesterday, I picked it up at 1:20pm today and they charged me $685, claiming they had to get a "special" driver and a "special" truck. BS!! Even the gal who worked there in the morning said that she did not understand why it was so damn expensive. But the red neck, JASON, in the evening had NO explaination or literature to show why it was so damn expensive. All he could say was because it needed "special attention". Of course, an empty lot with barely any cars in there would need to charge MORE. I am going to pray every day that this pathetic piece of $hit business shuts down. Thank goodness I never used their service for my business in the past and will NEVER refer anyone to them.‎

HORRIBLE. My grandmother passes away while we were borrowing her vehicle, it ended up getting towed away to budget towing. Since she has a loan through GMAC they were the only ones who could pick it up, instead they decided to leave the vehicle with budget towing and let them sell it. When the vehicle was towed away it contained a bunch of my personal belongings included the only picture I have of my grandma, and my father who passed away when I was young. The owner of Budget Towing refuses to allow me or my mother to get into the vehicle to get these belongings, even though they get to keep the only real possession my grandmother ever had. The owner can sell this vehicle for a pretty decent amount of money, and there is nothing in the car that will be of real value to anyone but me and my family. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
