Horrible customer service. Long wait. Waited 30 min just to get my keys back.

"THE SLEAZY SIDE OF SEARS" Waste of Time & $$$$. We set an "appointment" for 1:30 to have our pictures taken. By the time we left...it was after 4:00pm...WTF. We waited for almost an hour initially in an uncomfortable waiting room. Our photographer did not listen to any of our requests. The sales guy, whom we waited an additional half an hour or so for, flipped through pages and pages of "packages" that were all over priced and not even close to what we asked for. When we went in to pick our pictures...guess what...it wasn't what we asked for. They decided to print a whole bunch of extra pictures...all of our baby girl...so guess what...her Mother loved them and had to buy them. Nice Tactic. I admit it...they did a good job at "one thing" pulling at the heart strings of a new Mom. They might have increased their sales on this occasion, BUT I will NEVER spend another penny at Sears Photo, or any Sears department for that matter.



Bottom Line...We asked for a Specific Service...and a Specific Product...Sears decided they were going to make us wait well beyond the "appointment" they had scheduled...Sears decided they were going to spend uneccesary time offering us "packages" we did not ask for...& Sears decided they were going to print pictures and wave them in front of a new Mom who did not have the extra Money to buy them, but I guess Sears has figured out that they can pull at the heart strings of people for their amusement and profit.



I have now seen..."THE SLEAZY SIDE OF SEARS"
