best customer service by manager. I visited the Maplewood Chilis on a business trip,We had some problems with our order which was reversed very professionally by the Manager(I believe her name is Serena).The food is very good.Good job Serena,From what I observed at maplewood chilis you have your hands full with the guests that visit your establishment,I hope the other managers you work with are as professional as you!I know how to rate these situations because I have owned three of the best reviewed restaurants in Austin ,Texas for the past 25 years..

Awesome food!. For a chain restraunt the food is awesome here. I simply love their baby back ribs memphis style. I've tried a ton of BBQ joints around town and nothing can beat their ribs, yes even Famous Daves and Market BBQ don't stand a chance. Sure they don't slow smoke it but the memphis dry rub totally makes the ribs a winner. They come off the bone nice and cleanly and have just the right texture. Their sides are winners as well. The customer service is pretty much solid.
