I love my new car!. I was introduced to the sales manager and financial manager and both were friendly, helpful and professional. My sales consultant (Patric) was the best. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Answered all of my questions or if he didn't know the answer, he checked on it and promptly got back to me. He reiterated often that he would be available should I need further assistance and I, in fact, will be meeting with him again to review some things soon. I was very comfortable with my experience and thank you for the opportunity to say that I have always been treated with respect from all of the staff. Most of all....I love my new car. Thank you.
Everything went well!. Everything went well and Nate, my consultant, kept me updated on what was be fixed which was very helpful. The only thing was that my car didn't get a chance to go through the carwash before I came to pick it up but I was offered a free wash anytime. He explained that very busy that day and running a little late.
I always look forward to coming in for whatever reason. I continue to appreciate the quality of care at Schmelz. I am thankful that as I continue to bring my car to your services people know me and have developed a relationship with me that is meaningful and trustworthy. I always look forward to coming in for whatever reason and think the staff is great! THANKS!!!!
Great service!.
I bought a certified used 95 Aero with 30,000 miles on it. The car has had some minor problems with it over the last four years and I found the people at Countryside to be more than helpful. The cost of their service is higher than average, but in my experience you get what you pay for.
I have a 100,000 mile warranty on my car. They've replaced parts that I didn't even know needed replacing. They would see a problem during my normal visits and fix it! On the occasions that I needed service, most of the items were covered under warranty, except the oil change of course. The other thing I like is getting a Saab to drive as a loaner when the car is being serviced.
All in all, I think they're people and service is superior to other dealers I've dealt with.
Don't ask for a quote, it won't mean a thing.. My bad experience began with being given a quote for 800 dollars and then they told me (after the vehicle was fixed) that I owe them 1164.00. When I asked why there was such an extreme price difference between what I agreed to pay and what they charged me in the end they first blamed it on someone who only worked part time giving me the initial quote and then they said that in the original quote parts and labor charges and tax were not included. I had gotten the 800 dollar quote from two different people so the first excuse didn't fly and if parts, labor and tax were not included in the original estimate I don't know what was. The person that hiked the price on me couldn't give me any good reason why (usually my other dealership tells me if they find some reason for the price to go up before the work is done). This person was rude, yelled at me and kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk to him. It was very unprofessional and I told him if he expected repeat business this is not the way he should be talking to customers. He then lied to me and told me that he would charge me what I had been quoted, but then when my husband picked the car up we were charged 999.00. Still 200 dollars more than originally quoted.
