Honest and fair. Since I moved to MN, I've had good experiences with the service provided at Schmelz. It's a little pricey, but so far, I've felt that the work has been done correctly and the service reps and technicians have been honest and fair.

This was great. I was very appreciative that the model I wanted was located for me in Chicago and was delivered within 3 days. This was great since my prior vehicle was totalled, and I had a rental until Tuesday. The saleman ensured that I got my new vehicle on Tuesday so I would have a car to drive.
