Very accommodating. Nate was very accommodating and very watchful about the maintenance on my New Beetle, and offered transportation back to my house when the service took much longer than expected.

Extremely prompt service. I needed a same-day, unscheduled appointment for tire replacement and was told to "come right in". The work was performed promptly. I found everything to be considerate and very helpful. Thank you.

Awesome, friendly staff. Cesar was great at letting us know what was happeneing and providing updates. While we were waiting (we got there early) Patrick spent time with us and showed us different models and answered all of our questions though he knew we wouldn't be buying for at least another 6 months.

Shavaun is terrific!. One of the best things that you have done in your Service Area is to add a female service advisor. Shavaun is terrific (so is Cesar) and she can explain what truly needs to be done on my car in plain English. She is also very focused on you when she is discussing what needs to be done and makes sure that she understands what I describe is wrong when I bring the car in for service.

Cesar is also terrific. In the past I have dealt with other service advisors who don't seem to have the same level of customer service skills as Shavaun and Cesar. Please make sure that you keep them on your staff. They are invaluable assets to your dealership - especially in the service area.

I've been very happy with the service work performed at Schmelz Countryside VW since I purchased my 2006 Jetta a year ago. I appreciate the great service Jon provides and his willingness to get specific information on my car regarding what work is covered and maintenance work that is due.

Nate is a great asset to the Schmelz Team. Nate was thurough when inspecting my lights etc before car was serviced. Nate took the time to explain all of the service points for my appointment. Informed me of the progress and had my vehicle washed at no charge.

He is a great asset to the Schmelz Service Team!
