I've been going there for about 10 years now and the owner knows me by name. Food is always hot and delicious. They also offer plates and utensils if you want to eat there or at work nearby. Very friendly owner!! A+

Terrible food

I ordered General Tso's Chicken ... 90% of it was batter. I had to search for the chicken.

I called Shangr-La to tell them ... and the guy at the counter told me he knew who I was ... that I ordered Kung Paw Chicken before and complained. I HAVE NEVER ORDERED KUNG PAW CHICKEN from them... he must have been confusing me with ANOTHER dis-satisfied customer.

They didn't belive me. I took the General Tso's Chicken back to them ... the batter at least ... and showed them. The batter almost filled up the container I got the food in. There was hardly any chicken in this food. I showed them.

Terrible food and confused me with someone else who complained. I guess when you have that many complaints ... you WILL get customers confused.

• Cons: 10% chicken
