Tips for Village Pizza

Very Good Pizza and a Great Value.. Pizza is great, french fries are good and a full order is enough for 3-4 people. Atmosphere is like a old time burger joint. You will be a fan once you give it a try. Prices are very reasonable and portions are large. Village Pizza is still a family owned operation and beats the chain places hands down!

Try it once and your hooked. I grew up in North St. Paul...so Village Pizza was a part of my life. This is by far the best pizza! I now drive 20 miles for their pizza. Lots of cheese and toppings. If you like fries or onion rings they also are a great treat! There chicken portions are huge. I have also been told that the hamburgers are great....I would not know because I cant get past the pizza and chicken. I have taken many friends from near and far and after on taste....hooked! Eat in or take out....you will enjoy. If you eat in....they may be busy....just enjoy the wait and chat with the locals. I have met some of the nicest people while waiting for my food. Order extra because it heats up great the next day. On on visit with a new friend the owner came out and gave tips on how to heat up left overs. Also suggested that we could have the pizza cooked half way and finish at home. My friend was so impressed she had her husband and family go the next night. They are hooked as well. This is a very realaxed place to eat and the service is great. ENJOY!

Worth the Trip. I've never lived in North St. Paul but was lucky enough to be exposed to Village Pizza as a kid, and now, 25 years later, it's still as good as it's ever been. It's a thin crust pizza with a spicy red sauce, and every mouthful is full of flavor. I particularly recommend their sausage. Recently I've been doing a tour of all the local pizza places including Red's Savoy Inn, Pizza Luce, Arezzo's and many others on the Top 10 list, and yet, as good as those are, I still think this is the best you will find. Don't expect much for ambiance though, as it's almost the quintessential "hole in the wall" with the outstanding food.

Must Try. I moved to North St. Paul about a year ago. Me and my husband tryed all the other pizza joints in town and nothing great.....until we found Village Pizza. I fell in love.

I will warn you....dont expect sit down service to be great cause we havent had that but the pizza is so good as well as their giant baskets of home made fries (I dont care for french fries but the fries their are so so so good. now when we get a pizza - we have to get the fries everytime). Another thing I love about their pizza's is they always use plenty of cheese. Seems most other places barely give you any. I am a big fan and we have turned alot of people on to this little place. Just try it!

Best I've had!. This is THE pizza place for me and my co-workers. With out a doubt, when we pool our lunch plans we always call Village for a large sausage/mushroom pizza! You won't be dissapointed, unless you order something not on the menu.

VERY BAD customer service. did not get what we had ordered for delivery, when we called to inform them they said that was not on menu and they substuited another pizza which my daughter would not eat. Owner would not do a thing for us, and was very rude and demeanin to my husband.
