I go this shop to get body work done on my car. The guy pulls out some details from his computer and quotes me awful lot of money. And when I check with him to see if he could at least do part of the job he replies " all or nothing". He doesn't even suggest his customer what the options are. In my opinion.. if you as a customer would like to be treated with respect when you go to a service provider please find some other body shop....

Just as I pulled up and walked into the store, he came out with a smile and asked, "What happened to your PT Cruiser?" Sure, he was happy to see another person to come in the store hopeing to get more buisness, but not only was he concerned about my car he asked how I was doing. Right away he came out to have a look at it. I was concerned about the custom paint job, he said "No problem." I was also worried about the insurance company paperwork and money, once again. "No problem." The coupon helped me out quite a bit, 10% off. What a deal! The work was done in about a week, which was much sooner than I was thinking it would take, because those deer smashes can do a lot of damage. My car looks good as new! I am so very excited to say that from start to finish, I am very happy with all that was done and how my car turned out. Thank you. If I need work again I know where I'm going to go. Don's Paint & Body Shop is #1 in my book.
