Nice, clean, quiet, HS Internet, good location and value. I had to stay here for about 10 days. It was a good value, the best in the area. I checked the room before booking. They gave me the internet price I had printed out minutes before, even though their walk in price was more. The room smelled fine (my potential deal breaker-no smoke, mildew, dust, etc) and was clean and had mid size refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, iron, and 2 full size beds. Continental breakfast is free and was just fine for me. Wireless in room internet was 2.8 MBs download and 2.0 MBs upload.

Location is next to Perkins, across one street to The Blue Fox bar and grill, and across another street (Lexington) to SuperTarget. A couple blocks walk to Jimmy Johns sandwich place, a golf course, a Cub foods, and maybe a 3 block walk to YMCA and 0.4 mile to more restaurants south of County Road E on Lexington.

Small little used exercise room. Nice place. No problems. I spent 6 years on the road before, so I ought to know.

Owner was horrible. Stayed at this hotel this weekend on business. I had a friend come in to town to visit and the owner literally turned her away at the door. She had tried to book online and couldnt so called and made a reservation with the exact same guy she was talking to. When she got there he said he didnt have the reservation so was going to charge her $25 more for the room. Then when we protested he told us to leave he didnt want our business.

NEVER STAY HERE.

Free coffee refills and budget rates make this motel tops with highway travelers.. In Short
The first Super 8 opened in Aberdeen, S.D., in 1974, charging $8.88 a night. Today, the national franchise, with its familiar red-and-yellow sign, still stands for dependable rooms at wallet-friendly prices. A staple for road-tripping families, truck drivers and tour groups, the motel offers complimentary morning coffee and continental breakfasts. Another perk for travelers: Super 8 travel cups may be refilled for free at any of the motel's locations.
