Thorough jeweler. I've only dealt with Innsbruck once so far, but I've been in a lot of local jewelry stores recently, and my experience here topped them all. My fiance and I bought an antique engagement ring, so we've had it looked at by a few shops. Most have looked it over, said the stone was nice, prongs are fine, etc. The employee at Innsbruck put it in the machine, tested each stone, found 2 that were loose, tightened them (for free), showed me on a large screen some areas I may have problems with in the future, cleaned my ring (free), and gave me complementary cleaning solution. They were the only jeweler (including the appraiser), who gave me this much attention, even though I didn't buy my ring there. I will most definitely be back and hope my future interactions are just as positive!

Excellent all around!. Innsbruck Jewelers not only has a very original selection, but their staff is second-to-none. Very helpful and friendly without the least bit of pressure. The do repairs in house and often while you wait. The prices can't be beat the craftsman ship is amazing.

GREAT experience!!!. After reading other great reviews about Innsbruck Jewelers, we decided to stop in and see what Innsbruck had for engagement rings. We loved that fact that the service was very personal, and informative, unlike a larger chain store we went to. We never felt pressured into buying anything which made us very comfortable. We ended up purchasing the perfect ring and Steve was very accommodating!! Really really good experience.

Best Place to Buy Jewelry. A good friend recommended going to Innsbruck. I had not bought Jewelry before and needed an engagement ring. I wanted to get the largest diamond at the least cost. I shopped around and was going to buy from someone online. I am so glad that I didn’t. The personal service that Steve and team offer is extremely important. I have gone on to purchase both wedding rings from Innsbruck. Buying diamonds is a big purchase it is so nice to deal with real people and see the merchandise in person rather than someone online or in a call center. Before going anywhere else stop by and see Steve and the excellent team at Innsbruck.

Real Nice Store. We wanted a good jeweler. I heard there ad on the radio about fixing jewelry on the spot. They fixed our rings in a hour. They are proffesional jewelers and said they will shine our rings for free anytime. Good price too.

Favorite Jewelry Store. I've had my rings reset twice at Innsbruck Jewelers, excellent workmanship, so helpful in selecting the right settings. Most recently I brought some stones in to be reset and had a picture of what I wanted. Steve found the perfect setting, gave me a great price and best of all, had it done for me within just a few days when he heard I was going on vacation! Thanks!

Not a Jewelry Mill!. It's so fun to watch Steve and his close knit staff get worked up over my Bling upgrades. Get on his mailing list for the humorous sale-event postcards. The avante guard billboards have been the talk of radio shows. I stopped going to the biggest outlets years ago.

Rafaela. I live in Tucson, AZ and during one of my travels to Minneapolis I discover Innbruck Jewelers. I love Steves designs and my fiancé asked Steve to design my promised ring and my engagement ring, and a beautiful pearl necklace that I wore in my wedding. Whenever I get back to Minnesota I go to have Steve clean my rings.

Nice quaint shop! Down to earth people!. nice established shop, good selection on site, but were very willing to help in custom my designs!! tons of experience, and very thorough in setting stones CORRECTLY!!! ( I've had issues with some other big chain stores work) There work is done onsite...... real quality, not quantity... very easy going...... Thanks Steve, for all you've done.....

Worth the time. I live in Maple Grove and I drive past many other jewelry stores to go to Innsbruck jewelers. Because I love all the beautiful sparkling jewelry and they always treat me like a special customer.
