Eclipse Salon Spa

You just have to experience this!. I recently found my favorite spa. Eclipse is great at Shelac Manacures, Pedicures,Hair Cuts and Colors and Massage. Today I had Uli for an hour massage and I couldn't be more pleased. It was not a fluff and buff but a real Theraputic Massage. I have fibromyalgia and I hurt all over. But an hour with Uli and I was energized. She and Anya who does my nails and Heather who does my hair and Jenny who always hands me an aroma therapy towel and offers me beverage and cookie are my new best friends! I have recommended this salon to a few of my friends and they are pleased as well. So far I have had 5 appointments everyone has been timely and the results have been over my expectations. Eclipse Salon. After going thru chemo and radiation this past year, my hair has grown back a different color and is now a different style that I have embraced. However, I was very nervous over my first haircut/trim, as this little pixy-do I have now could be easily turned into a nightmare, if not cut properly. My girlfriend to me she had "the place" and "the girls" to work with me and give me the look I wanted. I was nervous. I walked in and the receptionist, Jenny was so bright and pleasant, offering me a soft drink of my choice. With a matter of under two minutes, I was introducted to Anya, my stylist. I liked that she listened to what I wanted. She began with a wonderful head, neck and shoulder massage. I did not need much of a cut at this point, but the trimming and tweeking she did, softened my look and captured exactly what I was looking for. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!…

I would NEVER recommend this "salon". My experience here started out well enough, I was offered coffee by a friendly receptionist and ushered into a chair to wait for Jennifer, the "stylist." From the moment I was introduced to Jennifer she was stand-offish and unfriendly. The style she produced was not what I had asked for (and in fact fell out 3 hours later) and she refused to modify it. Her attitude was poor, as was that of the management when I attempted to offer constructive criticism. My event went on without a hitch but I was still upset about my experience at Eclipse and when I called to speak with management, I was essentially called a liar since Jennifer didn't seem to "recall" my experience as being poor. Customer service is lacking and attitude was poor at best from both the stylist and manager. I would never recommend this salon to anyone!…
