Poor service.... My husband order steak, the waiter went to get steak sauce but didn't return with it until my husband proceed to asked for the second time for steak sauce. The waiter walked passed us FIVE TIMES and 3 of 5 time he had nothing in his hands; just walking back and forth.

By the time the sauce got to us my husband's food was cold.

And then we told him we were ready for the check. He says okay, left for a good minute, came back with nothing and then started chatting with the customers that just arrived and sat behind us. He wasn't taking their order, he wasn't asking them for their beverages, he was just talking to them. He had no pen, no notepad to take down order whatsoever. I wasn't born yesterday I know when a person is socializing. I looked right at them and HIM because I was facing them.

We sat there for a good while and then he disappear again and comes back with the check.

To sum up our night there: Cold food, time wasted, oh btw our drinks was not re-filled.

We paid our bill, and left.

I'll just stick to Denny's from now on.

Poor Management. My wife and I were out to have a wonderful evening. The first thing was the hostess sat us and just basically set down the menus and walked away. The experience with our server was wonderful ! He was talkative and more then friendly. However, when we got our order everything was completely wrong. I ordered one of your best steaks the parmesan steak and shrimp and my wife ordered a hamburger with fries. My wifes hamburger was pink and bloody and her fries were old and cold. My steak which i ordered well done come out the medium rare. The server came back to ask if everything was ok and we told him. He looked very embarrassed but was more than happy to fix everything and it was a lot. A manager came and she unfortunately offered more excuses then anything to solve the issues. We won't be back.

Not good.. We went their last night for dinner. We ordered chicken with shrimp and chicken penne pasta. The shrimp was very fishy and the juices from the shrimp was on the chicken, so the chicken tasted fishy too. The mushrooms with the chicken were also flavorless and greasy. The potatoes lacked seasoning. The sauce for the penne pasta fell short on flavor too. The breadstick was poor too because it wasn't fresh. The alcoholic drink was watery, like adding water to juice. It wasn't watery from the ice because we drank it as soon as it arrived. The only thing that was acceptable was the boneless wings. Otherwise, not worth the money.

No excuse. Ordered from bar vtogo bartender rude my order was missing side of shrimp also didn't pack eatting utensils which I asked for. What total joke and poor excuse for a restaurant and service
